option fee is $9.95 for all other verified members. Featured Ad appear above premium, basic verified and non-verified ads on search result pages and breed specific searches. They are also randomly displayed on
side bars of numerous pages. Distinctive "Featured" icon is displayed in ad search result and in ad detail page.
